Dear HSES Families,
Spring Parent Teacher Conferences are virtual through Teacher Reacher.
Thursday, May 23 from 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM
How do I sign up?
● Please visit https://teacherreacher.com/tutorials/html/parenttutorial.cfm to see how to sign up for an account and schedule 8-minute conferences.
● If you need the directions in a language other than English, go down to the bottom right of the page ("Select Language") to change your language.
● **Please note, the district to choose is “High School for Environmental Studies."
● If you need language interpretation, you MUST choose phone call.
How can I see my appointments?
● Once you’ve registered and signed up for appointment slots, you will be able to see all of your appointments on your "My Schedule" link.
● The Zoom links for each teacher are still being loaded, and will show on your “My Schedule” page once finalized. A few days prior to PTC, we will also share out a document that has each teacher's Zoom
meeting link where you can join at your assigned time.
Please note the following:
● Please download Zoom or familiarize yourself with the browser version prior to PTC.
● Registration will close May 16th @ 10:00 PM. If you miss registration, you can contact the teacher directly to see if they are able to accommodate you during PTC or to schedule an alternate session.
● If Registration is still open and there are no appointment times available for the teacher you want to meet, this means all slots are already full for that teacher on that day.

¿Cómo me inscribo?
● Visite https://teacherreacher.com/tutorials/html/parenttutorial.cfm para ver cómo registrarse para obtener una cuenta y programar conferencias de 8 minutos.
● Si necesita las instrucciones en un idioma que no sea inglés, vaya a la parte inferior derecha de la página
("Seleccionar idioma") para cambiar su idioma.
● ** Tenga en cuenta que el distrito a elegir es "High School for Environmental Studies".
● Si necesita interpretación de idiomas, DEBE elegir llamada telefónica.
¿Cómo puedo ver mis citas?
● Una vez que se haya registrado y se haya inscrito para las citas, podrá ver todas sus citas en el enlace "Mi horario".
● Los enlaces de Zoom para cada maestro aún se están cargando y se mostrarán en su página "Mi horario" una vez finalizado. Unos días antes de PTC, también compartiremos un documento que tiene el enlace de la reunión de zoom de cada profesor donde puede unirse a la hora asignada.
Tenga en cuenta lo siguiente:
● Descargue Zoom o familiaricese con la versión del navegador antes de PTC.
● La inscripción cerrará el 16 de mayo a las 10:00 PM. Si se pierde el registro, puede ponerse en contacto
con el profesor directamente para ver si pueden acomodarlo durante el PTC o para programar una sesión alternativa.
